Great running John you pulled away from me towards the end.
I agree with Matt's coments, I can only ay that Caz is now on the endurance commitee and with no doubt I'll get her to read this and pass on your thoughts and suggestions. But we do need both male and female captains, most other clubs have such people. Tis might be worth an email conversion boys...
Al, you'd be a great captain, sorry I couldn't make it, very late leaving work.
Nice running John, good time on that course, it's actually got a mountain at the start
PS you've got more than enough prizes already!
It was actually a different course this time Bob, due to roadwork, but still had a big hill in it:-)
I kinda liked that Hill! Guys I'd be happy to be captain if everyone was happy with me doing it!
You've got all the required attributes Al! You're enthusiastic, energetic, encourage people of all abilities and, unlike some people I have known in similar roles, not a raving loony! Plus, you've got a great hair style.
You have my vote Alan:) We are use to that sort of hill around here Alan, you cant avoid them!
Hence why the Haverhill gang are pretty bloody hardcore! If its that hilly then it makes you strong and fast, you nailed me in those last 2 K John! Are you doing Newmarket sunday? Of so good luck there.
Good call Bob!
It was having those 3 Cambridge Tri runners lined up in front of me Alan! Yes, I'll be doing my first Duathlon Sunday, should be interesting:-)
You'll be great on Sunday John! I'll wave goodbye at the start!
I don't about that Bob, you will have at least 3 minutes on me on the bike, and the runs are very short, should be close-)
Lol!
You'll kill me on the run and your cycling is coming along very nicely.
I don't even know what clothes to wear! Run in the cycling gear or cycle in the running gear?
I'm going to run in cycling gear, or my rather too small tri suit, I wouldn't fancy cycling in running shorts!
