Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Notes & Comments

Thurlby 10k. Legs didn't work today, good start and my breathing was fine but just couldn't keep it going - bit warm and perhaps bit dehydrated (headache this afternoon). MrsC commented that I was running awkwardly and it wasn't till she said that I realised my hip did feel wrong. Anyhow splits say it all

05:38; 06:07; 05:58; 05:26, 06:01; 06:01, 06:11, 06:35, 06:12, 05:55

Excellent running from MrsC who whizzed past on a mission and also from Kelvin whose race strategy appears to be chasing the pretty ladies running by themselves and chatting to them (I last saw him with a NVH lady!)

Hurrah to no sunburn though and hurrah for beating the chap who used to stalk me as a teenager (stalking might be a little bit of a strong description!)

You did well today considering you werent on top form. I am glad you got away from that chap!
Old Man
Clearly KC has had some DonRon training and am intrigued by your stalker from your teenage years, who turns out to be a runner now!!

Splits indicate the undulating course me thinks! Well done on keeping it to the hour :-)
