Notes & Comments

Dulwich Midsummer 5k. Considering I've barely run since Southend Half, I was impressed to keep it under 31mins. Pat on the back. Was very nice to run on old stomping ground & quite nostalgic. Sprinted so hard at the end that I thought my stomach would turn inside out. Weird, but I'm glad I can push myself that far now.
