Notes & Comments

Bushfield-Frostbite. These really are nice events to do, very friendly and a nice atmosphere. Pleased with the run today, because it's the sort of course I am not usually that quick on.

Scraped another PB, the 3rd in the last 4 races, with an unofficial 27:55 and 9th place. Yet again a smidgen off the 90% WAVA. Lost it in mile 2 for some reason, not sure what happened there. Still I am sure the floodgates will open at some point!

Wasn't just me then! Strange, because I was faster over the same bit coming back, seemed pretty flat. We all did really well anyway, 1st team, looking forward to the mud at Hinchingbrooke:-)
