My fastest 10k yet, and in that wind. Race started, off we went and I felt comfortable so i will try harder. a faster runner over tuck me i said to myself Lets Keep With Him and i did, but it was hard work.!!!!
6.28, 6.31, 7.03, 6.49, 6.39, 6.23 ,0.56 for0.17 of a mile.

Excellent run - glad you got the right weekend! but cuddles?!? did the rest of us miss out on those...I know Mrs C is special but still........!!
