bournmouth qtr marathon ,ran along seafront for first couple of miles then up into streets which was a bit of relief from wind but not for long as then ran back towards pier along cliff tops and fast bit at end back down to seafront .went off to fast as normal ,yet to get hang of pacing but good run ,and icy paddle in sea after.
