Deeping 10k. Chuffed with new PB....will update when official time comes through. Worked really hard for this one, especially as it was the very first race I did in 2007 (unattached) in a time of 1.10.31, then 2008 (attached) 55.52. Battled head and cross winds but temperature was perfect for me. Walked through both water stations. Need to work on this sort of time not being such hard work.....not sure that will ever happen - who do I think I am, a spring chicken?!
