Thanks. I'm a bit annoyed I lost count of the laps towards the end. Would have snuck under 21 mins otherwise
Does your Garmin have a track mode? If so, turn it on and the distance is exact and then you can just down after the last K split.
Yeah I've got track mode and but have setup my
track activity with no auto lap so I can use it for the BRR sessions. My plan was to do 6 x 800 laps plus 200 but my I lost count on the 5th lap 😂 amazing how foggy your mind gets when you're racing. I think I'll need to add a track race because this isn't the first time I've done this 🤦
