🏃‍♂️ 1 mile warm up 90 seconds walk recovery then 7 X 0.25 @ 8:10 0.25 @ 6:45 0.25 @ 8.10 0.25 @ 6.45 with 120 seconds walk recovery finish with 0.63 easy. No where near the 6.45 but I was working hard.
Completely messed up first mile effort as I expected my watch to tell me each 0.25 but it didn’t 🙄. Tough but enjoyable session.
