Beautiful morning. Parkrun in a 10.5 mile morning! By mistake. Thought I'd do a lap before to make it 6.5 but parked at Kelty side so ended up doing more. Lively to run whole thing with Zhivko pushing Anna in buggy. Well done him! Happy with pace for 10 miles! Should have been a bit more organised and done paddleboarding after. Wanted to get back for F1 and Six Nations rugby but could have done an hour. Anyway, another day! :-)
