🏃‍♂️ A long day started with Mile End parkrun 23:32 then a run to Tower bridge to meet the Fetchies for TBC. Got lost X2 and ran out of steam warmest day of the year plus running the first 3 miles a tad quick certainly paid for it later. A few road closures added to the fun. Last nights track session was probably not a wise move. Nice meal & Fetchie catch up.
