Wee run after parkrun volunteering. Lovely morning, no wind and sunny, 12C or more. Sailing boats, think it was university racing. Lots of people out. Added Harran Hill plus parkrun and a bit at end to make it 10K instead of 5K! Very slow and tired feeling and sore right achilles. Hey ho. Great to see Scott and Tina S (poor Scott still struggling with foot, suspected stress fracture), Andy volunteered also barcode scanning, and all the usual parkrun crew! Oh and Scott M from Tesco Bank and his wife up visiting from their neck of the woods. Nice chat! :-) G
