You do still have this ability to run at a reasonably consistent pace, even when you slow towards the end you still remain constant
Thanks so much for the comment. Pacing is definitely one of my skills 😁. Was my 1st marathon a 'training run' (for my 1st ultra in Apr) so was really delighted with how it went! Slowed a bit towards the 2nd half as was tired plus it got very cold & windy with some ocean spray (as we were running along the Loughshore). Just stopped to get drink and take jackets on and off but other managed to keep going steady.
Glad you are pleased with what you did. I know I haven't commented for a very long time, but I don't play Trader much these days so I have had little need to look at your training and races. Hope your training continues as well as it has been and you have a good ultra.
