Striders/Lymm session. Did a mile when I got there as we were early! Then warm-up drills, chatty run. Main session 5 sets of 3 minutes threshold pace, 30 seconds hard/sprint; 90 seconds recovery.
Enjoyed this though it was bitterly cold!
