Notes & Comments

At last- Physio has allowed me to trial (slow) running, 2 mins slow and 1 min walk intervals. No pain from knee or hip just a bit of discomfort from the latter. Mentally tough not to let the legs turn over quicker but no way I want to go back to the injury bench. Hoping for no bad reaction tomorrow - 75 days to go from 2.6 miles to 26.2 😊
