Significantly muddier than I'd anticipated and very skiddy from the start - slipped at the top of the far field first time round but somehow windmilled my way to staying upright! Should've worn luggier shoes (Hoka Challengers, usually good for the balance of road and turf for running over here and back and the parkrun itself); pace reflecting unwillingless to faceplant, though the HR suggests a decent effort with a lot of power going into pushing mud around instead of me forward :)

Last time here I ran more than 2 minutes faster but 66/240 today is marginally higher up than 73/260 that day, so I think I'm good with that result.
