5 x 1km. Started too fast again, wanted to hit 4:30 throughout but soon realised this was too ambitious at this stage of training so backed off a bit midway through first interval. Good location for this sort of session; flat, uncrowded at this time (of day and year), no fumes.

Not ideal pacing but hopefully will be better next time.
