That felt pretty good - felt as if Tuesday's interval session paid off already in terms of better stride technique and easy pace (though it's probably more cumulative than that!)
Experimenting with ECG gel on the contacts of my Polar H10, which is great when it works well (and I'm interested by whether HRV from a chest strap is more useful than from an optical armband like the Tickr Fit), but intermittently all over the place. Trying to prove a negative, but it was very clean today, only a handful of bad points.
