Tempo attempt. Was aiming for 1km easy, 1km at 10.15, 1km at 9.20, 1km at 10.15 and 1km to cool down.

And yes that's a complete mish-mash of distance in km and pace in minute per mile but that's just how I roll. Also went on pace not effort or heart rate even though there was a hill, so effort stayed high.

Training plan is looming and contains proper speedwork so this was just a warning shot to remind my body what speedwork is!
