Hard work! Worth it though! I've introduced some extra resistance bands exercises (such feeble attempts at the moment that they aren't even worth logging) but I'm hoping will make a difference in the long run.
The abs work that is.
Thanks, Ness I'm not even sure if it's worth it since I have no reason to believe that my midsection isn't capable of holding me upright even when tired. The crunches and flutter kicks are useful for spacing sets of presses and flyes and pull-overs.
