Well there you go! Sprint kayak try out at Kinghorn Loch with Kirkcaldy Canoe Club. All because of a chance chat with checkout girl in Sainsburys! Great fun, though I swam 4 times, almost more than paddled! Very tippy wee sucker of a boat. And with a rudder between your toes, very confusing! Bit windy and Neil teaching was good enough to say it was a bit choppy. Hmm. Felt good once I got moving a couple of times though. Good workout! :-) G
