Walk run - 5 mins walk, 5 mins run, then 90s walk breaks between 5 mins runs. The walks all seemed to be on the downhills, boo! Calf a bit twangy at end and next day, but hoping to increase this and see if it holds out. Fingers crossed. Thanks for support guys!
