Just need to get my stamina back now so it isn't a series of sprints!
Have you tried running slower for the consistency before building up the pace?
Yep! I can do 9.30 m/m for 5 miles, and even 8.50ish for a parkrun. But somewhere in the middle it all goes pete tong (especially when there is no competition!)
