Yes I did - a little frustrated as I was slowing in the second half, but my training has been interrupted during the last few weeks so I can't really be surprised. It's a good course and very well organised. Shame you had to miss it - hope the niggle is improving

The second half can be deceptively tough, with the prevailing wind direction and the little climbs coming back into Carlisle. I'm sorry I missed it and didn't get a chance to (try to) run with you; the niggle isn't a problem when I'm walking or cycling, but it's not ready to be run on yet.
