Notes & Comments

Muncaster Castle inaugural parkrun. A 3 loop rolling/undulating run on tarmac and trail around the castle. Loved it 😍. Had to slow to a walk in places (1st mile to quick) so my aim is to run it all. Forgot to start Garmin at the start 🤦‍♀️. I won a spot prize 😁.
Also came 2nd in AG.
