Eye 10k. All of a fluster because Mick was poorly and couldn't come so took his car, thought I'd broken it, had to park miles away and walk. Almost got to school and realised I'd forgotten my hat.....well without my good luck charm that had blown my chances of winning....so settled for a back of pack pootle and enjoy it. Which I did, nice new course, not too warm until about 7k and reasonably good pacing. No flypast due to cloud coverage but had a bacon sandwich, Carols shortbread and a long walk back to the car to recover. Great event as always, great WJ support (that Caroline is very loud!)
