St. Neots Half Marathon.
Really surprised to get a PB let alone beat it by 1 minute and 10 seconds. The thought of walking went through my head at one stage - pleased I didn't let it get to me. Loved the course and the tech t-shirt. WJ's turned up to support too on a miserable, cold day to be standing around. BFL supplied the jelly babies - a huge thanks - then had to chase after me to get them back
Tee hee ! Marshals were very supportive too.

Well done, told you 8m/m was on!! You need to think about a) NVH 10 and b) Speed training now

well done , think a few of us had great runs today and PB's....funny we all seemed to have some of BFL'S JB'S....i shall have to find out where she got them and make sure i have them ready for the next race...
