Dunfermline parkrun. The one I should have done yesterday! Nice to see Karen and Alex (and wee baby Eilidh?) and their friends. Lots of smiley faces and wishing of Happy New Year. I went slowly but I could feel hip aching most of way round. Boo. Oh well, hopefully will improve. Off to Mum's in the pm for a wee coffee and cake first foot. :-) G
