Really nice to see, I hope all is well.
Thank you, yes, it went ok. I was pleased with it. Feared I might get carried away with the crowd, but managed to mostly keep it under control.
I hope the coming weeks will bring back the fitness and allow me to pick up the pace again, but sub-29 is quite satisfactory for now.
