Ran then scanned. Pleased with that - my second fastest time ever, ten seconds short off a pb; sub 22 is always something to be happy with and I’m pleased with the very even splits with a little acceleration in the last km. Out last night with some colleagues to hear another colleague playing (semi professional and very good), maybe I’ll have a lighter night next Friday and see what I can do off the back of that!
Second of 20 in my age cat (but second by two and a half minutes so not exactly close!)
