Notes & Comments

Loch Leven parkrun with missus. Unfortunately she felt some left foot pain same as last time. We tried shopping shoes but given that she is wearing my trainers, at least 2 sizes too big, not surprised they're not good for her. I continued on, and then another lap too to make 4.5 for the morning. Great to be out and to chat too. Proud of her. Hope her left foot/ankle fixes itself. Gonna buy her some shoes. :-) G
