You've probably noticed that I buy you in the Trader game. One of the benefits of the game is that one notices runners who are training well, such as you, and it is pleasing to see them do well for themselves. Hope the running continues to go well.

Was pacing a friend so was glad to have no pressure after the long run on Friday. Pacing and consistency are my strong points which is why distance rather than speed is definitely my thing 😊
