Fakerun #5

Garmin gives slightly long for the same course. I shall be making a complaint!

SB equalling time of 21:53 but this is a much better performance as it was ran steady/strong and not eyeballs out like previously. The conditions were not good for fast running either. Didn't feel like early June, more like end of September!

*edit* trimmed data as suggested by Sigh brings it down to 21:48 but to be honest I think 21:50'ish is about right but then it's only a fakerun. Still key point is fitness is back and a sub 22 off no speedwork bodes well for when I actually do some!
