Notes & Comments

Lochore Meadows parkrun. 20:41. I never do well on this one. It shows me slow at the two sharp turns. But it also shows wrong elevation, I think, something screwy with GPS maybe. But the time doesn't lie! If it missed 0.04 of a mile in that middle one then it would be 6:50, which seems more righterer! Anyhoo, nice to see Kenny and Carol, and from Kinross Fiona N, Anne M, Hannah and Sarah E. I was actually 5th and 1st MV50! Lol. My WAVA was better than Kenny too (19:30 or so). But if I do WAVA, then I was about 10th! Plenty of older folk, ladies etc. behind me!

Did a mile before and nice to have a run and chat with Fiona N after. :-) G
