Notes & Comments

Sport in Action 10k. Roasting! Felt as if it was uphill all the way. Mostly an exercise in managing my effort level to avoid ending up horizontal before finishing.

The knee wasn't any bother. The DOMS in my quads from parkrun was more evident. DH Runners 10k on 27th October.
