Wanted to try for a pb and did it - by 43 seconds!
Jinksy had agreed to pace me round and it worked a treat. Occasional reminders to relax helped. Set off at a pace that wasn't too ambitious and managed to keep it steady all the way round. Knowing the course and where the uphills and downhills were helped too.
Really happy with this and I think there's a bit more to be had too!
