Wahayyyy!!!! I'm a Swordfish!! :-)

Really really chuffed at the result of this race as it was really hard work. Very warm, no breeze and muggy.
Wanted to do HMP which hopefully will be about 9:06 m/m so managed to beat that and get a PB!!

Managed a sprint finish at the end chasing JavellinThrower down, but she was too good and wasn't letting me past :-)

Gr8 result, well done. It's good not to have windy conditions as this is a different beast then. Now a good half and that'll carry you into marathon training
