Ex-pat Scot Last year 42:25 with the legs still heavy from FLM 2 weeks earlier.
This year I've had a lot longer to recover from FLM, and am fitter than before. Still not a PB course though.

Even so- I managed to PB by 10 secs! And take 1:40 off last year's course time. Blimey. Sub 40 at Selby - here I come...
