Gasheader Ran this last year and found it tough , mostly off road and undulating , would love to get the right side of 45:00. Update felt race went better than last time good start (first 500yds in top 5) then the hourdes past me untill 9k when Imanaged to reclaim places on strong run-innot sure of time yet (watch stopped) but think I matched last years time. 5k 22:30. result 40th (34th last yr)
