Jonny My 4th consecutive Prague Marathon and the weather didn't disappoint once again with clear blue skies and plenty of heat. Started off running at around 8.15m/m pace and then dropped off it slightly at about 10 miles. Went through half way in 1.51. Had to walk for the first time at about 18.5 miles and struggled from there. Did produce a nice sprint from the final turn to the finish to come in under 4 hrs. It's about what I expected with the lack of training. 2 more Prague Marathon's to become a 'PIM King'.

JovialGnome Never raced abroad before so who knows? I'll be disappointed if I don't knock the thick end of half an hour of last year's london time!
OK so I'm slightly disappointed but in mitigation it was bloody hot and if I'm being truly honest with myself, I didn't do enough long runs beforehand! Sincere apologies to those who lost money on me - it was a great weekend, Prague is a beautiful city and I would do it again!
