About this parkrun

Out and back along a disused railway line. Muddy in spring/winter so trail shoes. Very flat and fast so likely to be good PB potential. Free parking close by but gets busy so arrive early.

Pleasant out'n'back on a former railway track , very slight incline on the way out . Carpark (Free) , toilets & cafe adjacent to the start finish area . Trail shoes probably advised after periods of wet weather
