toepointer A surprisingly good run in my first race for goodness how long, having been diagnosed with likely compartment syndrome. Felt really good and strong, possibly helped by the first half of the course being slightly downhill and through trees - I've noticed I run well through trees. 3 way sprint finish for second place so I finished 2nd, with 1s splitting the 3 of us.
