SPKoF Well that was essentially a cross country race. The torrential rain had made the 'footpaths' a mixture of mud, streams and puddles. The bumf said it was on footpaths around the park but the majority of it was on mud / grass. Still, 2 seconds off my pb time so edging closer to my 41 minute target.
