The Juicer Last minute decision to run being as we hadn't done much the day before. Fabulous, really enjoyed it, and it was strangely akin to running through a pan of melted chocolate in a hurricane. Yes, our own little bit of the OMM :-)

Evil Rich the Dog Dazer Smashing race, really enjoyed it. Feeling considerably under the weather due to a cold but ran ok in the circumstances. Climbed well and, but for people walking, I'd have run every bit of the course. Slippy on the stones at Top Withens and tough across from Dick Delf Hill. Lovely, lovely BOG!!!
