Hills of Death (HOD) Should be running this got a slight tweek and have to enter on day. If I do I WILL PB so bet on me. UPDATE PB by 37 secs should of been better cause of tired legs and HR was 160 when I started !!! Should be coming in around 43/44 on my next one. Still reasonably pleased as I'm doing a lot of mileage (For me). 16 quid no tee shirt ! got my moneys worth by taking loads of banana and chocy milk at the end :)

Kirsty Hooray - massive pb! Only my second sub-50, suddenly 45 minutes doesn't seem so crazy. The km markers were extremely haphazard - I apparantly did one k in 6.40 and another in 3.10. I think not! Together with the fact that I have no sense of direction meant that I had absolutely no idea how well I was doing until the last 100 metres or so!
