DickyDare started bang on pace as I wanted to try and break 16 mins but couldn't maintain it through 3-4 km mark but did manage to pick the pace back up again for last 800m to finish strongly, pace is there but need to work on that middle mile, more tempo runs needed!!! km splits: 3.10, 3.16, 3.18, 3.22, 3.07.
