Evil Rich the Dog Dazer Every bit as bad a race as I remember it from last time! But great training to get back some speed. And proof, if proof were needed, of how the BG has improved my ability to grit my teeth and work through pain. Legs were tightening very early on, last 3 miles I limped along like the elephant man....but was still over 2 minutes quicker than 2 years ago, when I did actually have some leg speed. Mind you...the legs are trashed now though!! :-) Great to see Kirsten, Gill and Jo take the Ladies Team Prize....fantastic and well-deserved.
