Tinywhitevan Good race, well organised. Very hot and humid, so running was tough. Was secretly hoping for a PB, but realised when it was so hot that I wouldn't get one. Race was at 2pm too, so day had had time to warm up nicely. Last year I did get a PB in this race and it was 59:12, so I beat that today by 2 minutes, and on a much worse day for running, so I'm plesed with that, even if it's not a real PB for the distance.

beders Bit of a warm day again,25C, legs still feeling the effect of 3 hard races in the previous 10 days so knew PB was not on the cards.Happy with time, 4th fastest 10k,only overtaken by 2 peoplefrom 4K on and managed to reel in 6-7 including a 100 m sprint at the end
