Dochart A cold night but the frost held off and there was hardly a breath of wind. Managed the first three miles at 7.15 miling but then as expected faded away for the last two due to the lack of recent training. 143/211

Giantant Very cold but not windy or wet. Felt pretty good and was pleased with a PB by more than a minute. That's the good thing about being so slow... :)
