Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Impossible is Nothing Blowing a gale (as ever - always windy at these no matter how calm the rest of the day is!). Very hard work into the wind but I felt very strong and comfortable running at this pace, slight negative split and I flew the last mile (overtook about 20 people I think). Ran in DS Racers for the first time which felt great. Overall pretty happy - not a night for PBs by any means but my best placing and got my race mojo back after the Bristol Half disaster. (33rd)

baggieboy It was blowing a gale on the sea front, not the best time for PBs. Ran hard and felt uncomfortable.

Dochart This race - 1st in a series of 9 - starts opposite the Cabot bars on Weston seafront and runs twice up and down the prom. Facilities are rather limited. No race numbers are worn - runners register, run the race and are given a number at the finish which they then take back to race HQ to log. The route is traffic - but not pedestrian - free. There was a larger turnout tonight than I had anticipated with lots of runners from local clubs. Conditions were very windy with half the race run into the teeth of a gale and the other half run 'wind assisted'. My first race on return from another ankle injury so I was resaonably pleased with my time. 108/190
